The Experience at a Glance:
Location: Directly at your gîte (indoors or in the garden, depending on the weather).
The program: A fluid practice combining physical postures (Asanas), breathing exercises, and deep relaxation, tailored to your level—even if you are a complete beginner.
The little extra: Daphnée is a local expert. She travels directly to your gîte with all the necessary equipment for a turnkey session.

Weather: In case of rain or wind, the session takes place inside the gîte. Paulette ensures beforehand that there is sufficient space for your group.
Accessibility: Integral yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or flexibility. Daphnée adapts the poses to each participant.
