Frequently Asked Questions — Your Extras
As a service provider, our mission is to select, assemble, and coordinate logistics to make your stay easier. We act as an intermediary between you and local merchants (artisans, restaurateurs, booksellers).
We operate on a global service fee basis. This rate includes both the value of the products selected for you and our professional service for sourcing, purchasing, and delivery to your gite.
Technical liability (product quality, item safety) rests with the final suppliers. As your coordinator, we will handle the communication with them to find a solution. Important note: For food products, it is the client’s responsibility to systematically check labels and ingredients before consumption, especially in case of allergies.
To ensure your peace of mind, all our packs are delivered and set up in your gite before your arrival. Once the products are delivered, you are solely responsible for their proper storage (e.g., refrigeration and maintaining the cold chain).
The equipment is your responsibility throughout the rental period. In the event of loss or major damage, replacement fees may apply according to the supplier’s terms and conditions.
