Paulette’s Tasting Tip: To appreciate the full complexity of these terroirs, we suggest starting your tasting with the milder chocolates (such as Mokaya Bio) and finishing with the most intense (La Laguna). Pair these squares with a pure Arabica coffee or, for a bolder evening, a fine aged amber rum.
